Ingredients:
– 1 cup Black Rice Poha
– 1 cup Milk (or coconut milk for a vegan option)
– 2 tablespoons Forest Honey
– 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
– 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
– 1/2 cup Mixed Cut Fruits (banana , papaya , apple, pomegranate etc..)
– 2 tablespoons Chopped Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts & pistachios )
– 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
– few strand of saffron (for garnish)
Instructions:
-Rinse the poha well in a strainer under running water. It becomes softer because of this. Allow it to drain for several minutes in order to get rid of extra water.
-Meanwhile keep the chia seeds soaked up in water for 45 mins.
